Hi, I'm Kelli Fabian. I'm a fractional COO and brand strategy advisor in Miami.
I’m a seasoned operator with a founder’s instinct. I’ve spent years inside early-stage chaos, building systems from scratch, tightening up operations, and helping brands grow in a way that actually feels intentional.
My work moves across AI, consumer brands, and creative ventures, so I understand a business from every angle: the logic, the emotion, and the story it’s trying to tell.
Founders usually call me when things feel messy or scattered. I bring structure without killing the soul of the brand and momentum without burning people out. Culture matters to me. I’m big on building teams that feel supported, aligned, and excited to show up, because the team is what carries the work across the finish line.
I’m also a natural connector. My network is wide and deep, and I’m the person people come to when they need the right talent, partner, advisor, or creative mind in the room. Making the right introductions is one of my superpowers.
And I bring something most operators don’t: hard-earned lessons from my own startup journey. I’ve made the mistakes, hit the walls, and lived the realities most founders only talk about behind closed doors. I use all of it to help other companies avoid the same traps and move faster with fewer bumps.
At my core, I care about turning potential into something real. If a company has a spark, I know how to turn it into a clear path forward.

Outside of work, I’m a single mom, a lover of beautiful spaces, and someone who recharges through music, cooking, travel and new experiences.
