Hi, I'm Kelli Fabian. I'm a fractional COO and operational leader.

I’m a seasoned operator with a founder’s instinct. I’ve spent years inside early-stage chaos, building systems from scratch, tightening up operations, and helping brands grow in a way that actually feels intentional.
My work is rooted in operations: the systems, structures, and rhythms that determine whether a business can actually execute on its ambitions. I specialize in bringing clarity to complexity: designing the operational architecture that lets teams move fast without things falling apart.
My work moves across AI, consumer brands, and creative ventures, which means I understand a business from every angle: the logic, the emotion, and the story it's trying to tell.
I work best inside organizations at a meaningful inflection point. Scaling, restructuring, integrating, or simply trying to grow more intentionally. Whether that's building out internal processes from the ground up, untangling cross-functional bottlenecks, or creating the infrastructure that makes strategy executable, operations is where I live.
I’m also a natural connector. My network is wide and deep, and I’m the person people come to when they need the right talent, partner, advisor, or creative mind in the room. Making the right introductions is one of my superpowers.
And I bring something most operators don’t: hard-earned lessons from my own journey. I’ve made the mistakes, hit the walls, and lived the realities most founders only talk about behind closed doors. I use all of it to help other companies avoid the same traps and move faster with fewer bumps.
At my core, I care about turning potential into something real. If a company has a spark, I know how to turn it into a clear path forward.
I’m also a mentor and intuitive coach, helping founders and leaders trust their instincts and make decisions that feel aligned.
Outside of work, I’m a mother, a lover of beautiful spaces, and someone who recharges through music, cooking, travel and new experiences.
